MKONO Farm's certified pastured kunekune belly bacon comes medium thick sliced. Kunekune pork is known for its smooth, sweet fat. Our bacon is on the "fattier" side of the spectrum, but it won't disappoint when it melts in your mouth. We encourage customers to use the cold oven method of baking bacon when cooking our bacon to ensure an even cook. Approximately 1 pound packages.
