Pizza on the Porch is a welcoming, laid-back evening on the farm where delicious food, fresh air, and scenic views come together with the ones you love. Set on our front porch overlooking peaceful pastures and animals roaming the fields, it’s the perfect way to relax and enjoy the simple beauty of the farm.
Each guest will enjoy a handcrafted 12″ Neapolitan-style personal pizza, made fresh on-site by Hoosier Wild Fungi & Pizza Co., a local Bloomington farm. All meats on the pizzas are raised right here at MKONO Farm, but there will be two vegetarian options as well crafted with ingredients from local produce farms. Your meal includes a drink, with the option to add on a mouthwatering dessert pizza.
Guests are also invited to explore our small seasonal self-pick flower garden— gather a bouquet, take a stroll along the creek, and soak in the charm of the evening. Whether you’re a family with kids 8 and up, a couple in search of a unique night out, or friends looking for a fun experience, Pizza on the Porch is a warm and memorable way to enjoy time together.

FIRE DINING Experience
This is an intimate, open-fire dining experience celebrating the timeless art of cooking over live flame. Every course is prepared outdoors on our custom porticos using wood fire, coals, cast iron, and traditional techniques that highlight the natural flavors of our thoughtfully raised farm meats and other thoughtfully sourced local ingredients from surrounding farms.
This isn’t just dinner—it’s an immersive culinary experience. Watch each dish come to life over the fire, learn the stories behind the ingredients and cooking methods, and gather around a communal table where conversation is as important as the meal itself.
Our August 15 menu will feature a seasonally inspired, multi-course feast showcasing local produce, heritage meats, and handcrafted elements designed to capture the flavors of late summer. Each course is served family-style, encouraging guests to slow down, share, and savor every moment.
