MKONO Farm — Stewardship You Can Taste.Our small batch Indiana swinery specializes in NON GMO smoked bacons. Our jowl bacon is smoked and sliced pork jowls (cheeks). Jowl bacon is known for being more fat than meat and thus we highly recommend the cold oven baking method for this type of bacon. We dry cure our jowl bacon with toasted and freshly cracked black pepper and corriander. It is then smoked on hickory and cherry. 1 pound packs.
