Handcrafted from pasture-raised MKONO Farm lamb, this salami is delicately seasoned with aromatic Za’atar — a blend of thyme and sumac — then aged to achieve a balanced depth and refined tang. Sophisticated and distinctive, it’s an elegant centerpiece for any charcuterie or culinary pairing.

Thoughtfully raised, simply seasoned, and full of character—this is lamb, the MKONO way. No shortcuts, no fillers—just thoughtfully raised pork and time-honored techniques.

This is a 5OZ Salami chub that is traditionally wrapped in butcher paper. This is a shelf stable product until cut into and then it should be refrigerated.

Salamis are best eaten at room temperature.

100% pasture raised lamb with a beef casing that can be removed.
